Customer Service is Golden
When I bought the Zima Dental Pod, I was very worried that my retainers were beyond saving. It was white, dirty, and no matter how often I brushed it, I could tell the retainers were getting worse. I got the Pod and my retainers turned clear. It was a miracle. I have spoken to customer a couple of time. They were quick and polite with me. Lately, I realized I was overusing the oral tablet to clean my retainers and I heard there are new tablets. I was worried that they wouldn't work with the classical Dental Pod. Therefore, I contacted customer service and now I am buying new tablets and I know, now, how often to use the tablets. The Dental pod is amazing and so is customer service.
