Extremely disappointing - cheat and ripoff
I had ordered CIE board Computer Science A level online course from Absorb Learning. I was told that they have videos for each module. But it turned out the videos are from the popular youtubers that are available for free and those were for other boards like AQA/OCR (Though there's an overlap between the boards, I would not expect this from a paid service) How could they "steal" from youtube and charge us a hefty course fee. I asked for the refund within the 'terms and conditions' limits, it's been 4 weeks - they haven't refunded, nor answered my email or phone call Complete ripoff, very disappointing and frustrating
