Worst nightmare experience.
Everything imaginable. Your customer service was horrible. It took me 10 days of emailing and holding on the phone for hours, to get help that solved the issue. I ended up paying for my classes 3 times. Part of that was refunded, but in that process, 5.5 hours of completed class was erased. I had to start over a redo the whole 8 hours again.
