I absolutely love Grubby meal kits
I absolutely love Grubby meal kits. One day in March 2023, I was having a wander through London and I saw someone smiling at me and inviting me over to chat at the stall he was working at outside London Liverpool Street Station. His name was David and I'm so grateful for this random meeting because he was very friendly, kind and attentive. The conversation was fun and I will always remember it as a sweet, true moment of human connection with a stranger. He introduced me to Grubby by explaining about the company and I loved the sound of it. I was open to giving it a try, even just one box and then I knew I could cancel it easily if it wasn't right for me. I'd been struggling with cooking, organising food shops and getting a routine that works best for me due difficulties with health. I also was stuck in the habit of making the same meals and was looking for new ideas. I also live and eat alone so this seemed like an efficient, simple way to manage cooking and food shopping. I have been getting regular Grubby meal kits ever since and they genuinely make me so happy and make my life much easier!! Firstly I love that there is a Spotify playlist for each recipe because it adds a fun atmosphere to the cooking experience and gets me dancing. I love that the meal kit is delivered to me which totally eliminates stress of food shopping which I find overwhelming and hard to keep up. I love that there is just the right amount of each ingredient that you need and no more, so I don't have lots of random ingredients sitting on my shelves for months not being used after using a tiny amount of it for recipe. I like how this also helps prevent as much food waste. I also really appreciate how I can manage my account on the website because it is very flexible and it is clear Grubby really tries to cater to customers' needs and it is not rigid. I have gotten a few surprise treats as well which is so lovely and introduces me to other brands that have similar values to Grubby. The recipes are SO tasty, and nutritious and easy to cook. There is a great variety of different recipes and I also love that they are plant-based. I cannot believe the taste of the recipes when I sit down to enjoy them- wow!! They are delicious and I've even started preferring these than eating out even in really nice restaurants!!! I sit there thinking, hmm my Grubby meal kits are better!! The meals leave my body feeling very nourished. I love Grubby's values and how they also donate a meal to a child living in poverty with every Grubby box that is bought by customers. Thank you Grubby!! You have changed my life :)
