Their advertisement is less than truthful. The jewellery purport to be handcrafted pieces made with quality products. They claim that this person is retiring. The actual products do not look like the photos. The products are cheap light trinkets and the labels that came with the products look mass produced. A search on the address of their company for returns show an association with drop shipping. Make sure you can return the products easily and at no huge cost to you if you're not happy with their products as they require mail tracking for returns. They do not have offices overseas in two major countries that seem to be their target. If I want cheap plasticky trinkets, I can buy them elsewhere at a tiny fraction of the price they are charging - at least in that situation I know what to expect.
