First Class Customer Service
We have taken out travel insurance with TID for several overseas trips in recent years. We are one of the fortunate travelers and have not had to make any claims on any of our policies. However I have always been very impressed with all things TID: comprehensive policies, excellent premiums, terrific website and iPhone app as well as frequent unsolicited contact before (travel / packing tips etc), and after (follow up service support) each of our trips.
