The item is beautiful but the delivery…
The item is beautiful but the delivery took longer than stated on the website. It was for a big special birthday and sadly didn’t arrive in time which I wasn’t happy about as I ordered it with plenty of notice. I contacted the team and they did reply quickly but it still arrived after my mums birthday. We had to buy her something else so we had something to give her on her birthday. The gift box was also lovely, well worth adding on to the order!
