Half human air bike (Currys purchase)
Hi, Item was delivered on schedule day, unfortunately very stressful, original slot time was 13:59-15:39. Was told on the day running late by an hour. Thought to myself no Biggie. No show, rang customer service, told van broke down, but still will deliver. Sitting at home, customer service not answering my phone, managed to get through, by ringing from a different phone number (my calls from original number were not being picked up). Told they are still delivering. Delivery arrived at 20:30 I had to be home all day. Take day off work (costs monies),.poor communication, no live tracking, unhelpful customer service (except one member of staff,.made over 5-10 calls on the day to customer service). With modern technology, this company needs to invest to compete in the modern technogical era.
