Bought and thought I paid the full amount for the product in March 2025. Tried for a month and cancelled subscription. October 30, 2025, I receive a notice that I owed on product. Called customer service to pay balance and cancel subscription after waiting 20 minutes for a service person. After explaining and paying, the rep said she would cancel. October 31, 2025, I received another email saying I ordered product and it was being sent. I was charged one of the 3 payments for a product I DON’T want. The product is expensive and didn’t work any better than less expensive product. That is why I thought I cancelled in April. I called customer service on October 31. Yes I was cancelled but was still getting the product and payment.
