DO NOT ORDER - NEVER SHIP
Ordered and paid on December 16 hoping to receive prior to Christmas. No contact from the company. They do not answer their one 800 number. They do not answer emails. No contact no watch. It is totally unacceptable and unfortunate. I will never purchase another Invicta watch. I have purchased over 10 in the last five years and enjoyed the product, but this experience has been so incredibly disappointing I will never suggest anyone ever purchasing one of these watches. They've taken a good customer and turn them into haters. I'm not the only one obviously from the other complaints that I read above. No positives all nothing but negative experiences. Going to my edit card company and ask that they get our money back and file a complaint.
