Not as smooth as it’s described to be
The delivery service was ok, however I could not get through to customer service to answer my queries. Also there was confusion with their delivery partner who reached out for me to fill out a profoma invoice which first luggage says in the FAQs you don’t have to do. So overall I felt there wasn’t enough information shared on the actual collection, taxes and final delivery service.
