Only getting a 1 star because they were…
Only getting a 1 star because they were open. The rolls were absolutely hard as concrete on my online order...the manager told me that they've had several complaints on the rolls over the last few weeks. This is the problem of the staff for allowing a dozen hard rolls to be sent out of the store..they know this when they put them in the box. This is a very sad practice when this store is barely staying afloat. I am assuming they are selling expired rolls to customers. I asked for a refund and the manager said no...but I could come get more rolls...then why wasn't I given good rolls in the first place lady?
