Excellent seller support during a difficult courier issue
I purchased a dumbbell set through Decathlon, sold by Northern Gym Equipment. While DHL caused a major delay and lost 7 out of 8 parcels for over a week, Ryan from the support team was fantastic. He responded to my emails quickly, initiated a formal investigation with DHL immediately, and even promised to send brand-new replacement stock if the items were confirmed lost. Thanks to his pressure on the courier, the missing items were finally found and delivered. Highly recommend this seller for their responsibility and excellent communication!
