Slow customer service
Ordered a dress. When it arrived it was most obviously a 'second' with stitching very poor in several places. I contacted Charlie's to request a refund & the whole process was a joke. From the initial request for a refund to the money landing back into my account was 20 days. I had to email on several occasions when promises were not followed up. I won't be shopping with Charlie's again...
