After calling prior to ordering to…
After calling prior to ordering to confirm delivery date and stock availability, received an email to advise the timber was unavailable, order delivered 24/06/24 and 3 of the 8 x 15mm plasterboard sheets arrived damaged and driver couldn't take them back as order was fulfilled by 3rd party. Spoke to Tilly who advised they would be uplifted the next day 25/06/24. Had to arrange for friends to come back and wait for the uplift as drivers so not handle the materials at all. Nobody arrived to collect and as I work offshore and back to work today they how can't rebook collection until I get home on 3rd August which will be out with their return window, also wasn't allowed to leave outside my front door for uplift as the plasterboard needed to be kept flat and dry. Really not a good experience
