This is an absolute scam
This is an absolute scam. Like others, I was somehow directed to this company's site when looking to pay tax on my wife's car. They have since taken two monthly payments of £7.95. I have contacted both the company and my credit card provider to complain and seek a refund. Disgraceful behaviour. Avoid!!
