Canadian Customer Service + Amazing Speed
I have been a Novus customer for a few years now, and I love them so much that I got all my family to get Novus as well. If Novus is available in your area... GET IT. They have Vancouver-based customer service, no more talking to someone in another country and getting passed from one person to another with no solution. This alone for me was enough to switch from Telus to Novus. Their price and speed are very good. No contract, no bs. They genuinely care about customers. I swear, every time I had an issue, they would resolve it within 15-30 minutes over CHAT! Don't even need to call them. I wholeheartedly believe Novus is a breath of fresh air in the wifi market, where finally you don't get tortured with lengthy bad customer service and poor internet speed. The only downside... It's not available everywhere. But if it's available in your area, you would be crazy not to go with them.
