They just don’t turn up

Second time we booked collection for a return and twice they made us stay home without even turning up. Terrible company. You have to contact them each time when they fail just to rebook delivery wry, which I’m Sure for the third time won’t turn up again.

Made an order on the 17th April 2025

Made an order on the 17th April 2025. I have yet to receive a date for delivery of the order. Have sent email through to eurocell. Awaiting response. No response received but suddenly the delivery arrived, no warning, no email, no call. No nothing. Blimey! 3 star as a result.
