On walking into the office in Euston Place I was warmly welcomed and felt immediately at ease. I sat down with Renee and she took me through all the stages of selling our property. On visiting our home, Renee and Katie were both very professional and friendly at the same time. Everyone was very relaxed. We discussed the pro's and con's with the house before agreeing on the asking price or guide price. The brochure and sales literature was excellent and we soon started getting viewings. After only a matter of a few weeks we received an offer and we agreed that Peter Clarke would try to get the offer raised. This was achieve to our satisfaction and the rest is history.
