Experience didn't match Expectations
Picked up car from Auckland airport and we'd heard good things about Jucy. Shuttle drivers were excellent but then experience changed when we arrived at the new collection location. Unfriendly staff when collecting vehicle and couldn't see her name as it was covered by hair which she kept on the side of name badge. Car Hyindi Getz (Jucy Box) had 200+Kms smelt badly of smoke (trying to be masked by air freshener hanging from mirror) and had dents / marked paintwork on many panels. Lady at rental hire was reluctant to record damage on vehicle check sheet until we began photographing existing damage. She told us car took 91 petrol and bring back full. Then highlighted on agreement infringement fines and important terms. Was not told about tolls and had to ask for GPS which was part of our hire package. Discovered on the road, drivers head light not working, no antenna so no radio and dash lights for air con didn't work at night. Car got us around the north is ok but experience didn't match what we'd heard. Maybe this was a one off experience.
