Don't purchase from Invictastores.com. Don't believe the positive reviews. Notice how they all come in the same period and the negative reviews are more spread out ? That's because in my opinion they are using some sort of reputation management service. Everything about this company and website is awful. First of all they use horrible marketing tactics to make their watches seem like such a great deal. They list a high retail price and then show a huge discount. In reality the watches are not worth the full retail price and probably rarely sell for that much. The only reason I wanted an invicta watch is they look pretty nice. I had one from costco a few years ago that looked great and told time okay till it broke and i had to take it back. Anyway I decided i just wanted something for those times when I want to look like i have an expensive watch that's easily replaceable if robbed etc. But this review is about the website. The website claims items will ship 10 business days after order. Well they charged my card immediately and I put it in my calendar and it has never shipped some 16 business days later. I even emailed the email listed on the website to inquire when i could expect shipment and to advise that if it didn't ship soon i would be leaving a negative trust pilot review. I never received a response. The phone line is only open to 2pm pst which is pathetic and makes it difficult for a working person to call. The phone number will not answer from a blocked number which is unappreciated as well. And the hold times are horrendous. In short I would NOT ever purchase from invictastores.com again.
