Living with Great Jones has been an absolute nightmare.
From the moment I moved in my rental property with Great Jones, I knew it was going to be a nightmare. They never answered the phone or my emails. I was told that my late fee was different than the one in my lease. I asked them countless times if I could paint a room white and they never answered me. I asked my listing agent multiple times if I could have a roommate and he sent me a rental application for them to fill out. They then proceeded to take my potential roommate's application fee and NEVER respond again. He never approved the application and never answered a call/text/email again. He is the epitome of unprofessionalism. The house was advertised to have a detached garage and it didn't. The AC was broken when we moved in and it took them over a month to fix it. The house was 90 degrees inside and they knew that for over a month. Our door broke and then sent someone out who proceeded to fix the door but break the knob. When we told them that their worker broke our knob, they said we were responsible for fixing it because it was under $100 even though we did not cause the damage. Now they are trying to evict me because of an outstanding balance that doesn't exist. They won't answer my emails or my phone calls. They don't care about people at all. All they want is money.
