The DVSA has a limit of 10 times to rebook a driving test. Once this limit has been reached, you have to cancel and rebook the test. However, when you do this, driving-test-cancellations-4all locks you out of their website. It says in the FAQs that this is fine and you can continue using the service. But this is clearly not the case! I have tried contacting driving-test-cancellations-4all several times to unlock the account, but have had no response. EDIT: So they can respond to customer reviews faster than requests for help. I think that says it all. Still waiting to have my account unlocked!
