Our early return was handled graciously and to our satisfaction. The pickup, however was awkward as we expected to pickup our van at the airport, not10 miles away! Ace rental specializes in vans. Their cost was very affordable. The problem was not being informed of the steps required to access the van. We could have phoned for pickup directly from the terminal and saved time as well as worry.
