I really really wanted to like this…
I really really wanted to like this company. The food was always really good, I enjoyed it a lot, sadly there were just too many problems for me to continue to use them. I used them for 7 weeks i think, and in that time; 1. They randomly changed my delivery from Monday to Thursday which I only noticed because they'd taken 2 lots of money from my account in one week. They couldn't tell me why this had happened, but managed to cancel my order. 2. Told me I'd have a delivery on the Monday, but that i wouldn't see it in my account because it was being done behind the scenes. Monday came, no delivery, so a 2hr night time round trip to the shops to buy food for the week. Apparently someone in the office had left it for a colleague to pick up and it hadn't been. 3. I've changed bank account, and for some reason although all of my direct debits are supposed to have been moved, Grubby's wasnt. I was expecting a delivery on the Monday, when it didn't come i checked my account and saw a 'payment failed' next to the order. I'd had no contact via phone or email to tell me there been any problem with payment. So, reluctantly, I've cancelled. Three fairly major problems in such a short time as a customer just want good enough. Shame though.
