Lack of transparency and zero duty of care
Shady practices, no written contract, no transparency - Learning Online rely on glowing Trustpilot reviews, but our experience was the opposite. No contract or terms were ever provided just marketing emails and a high-pressure phone call (to someone with a disability) that they now claim is the “enrolment contract.” When asked to produce paperwork, they couldn’t. Instead, we got evasive replies from different “managers” all using the same email account. If a business can’t provide a simple copy of a signed contract, what does that tell you? Be extremely careful before handing over your money.
