Lousy warranty service, don’t buy Invicta
Do not buy an Invicta watch. I purchased one as a gift and within a month the stem fell out and appears stripped. We are told by their repair vendor that stems are excluded ( the watch is a month old) and after sending it in at my expense along with $25 for return postage I am expected to pay $179 for a repair. No thanks Invicta.
