Very poor customer service
My wife and I booked insurance with Staysure for a trip to Japan for 16 days .Unfortunately we had cancel our trip but as Staysure policy were allowed to postpone the insurance for up to a year. We have now booked a 7 day break in Corfu and so I spoke to their representative today to update our travel plans and discuss the reduction in our premium. He and then his manager confirmed that there would be no saving but an extra administration fee for speaking to them. There reason given for no saving as the holidays would have the same risk. We have used this company for our previous 5 holidays because they are user friendly as I suffer with Crohn’s disease. Unfortunately like all insurance companies they provide the great sell and that is where their service ends, shame.
