Highly Overpriced, poor customer service
The problem I originally called them for hasn't been fixed (condensation leaking from Airducts) but was charge $3K for a "rejuvenation" of the A/C. The A/C was working fine. The biggest issue was $1490 to cut a 600mm x 6000mm hole that isn't even straight...When asked why it was so expensive the reply was "We charge express rates"..i could have cut the hole myself. The initial problem is still yet to be addressed in my complaints. Saw them on a current affair not too long ago for the same issue...Avoid them
