Best customer service ever! I purchased the Dental pod and the ZIMA…
I purchased the Dental pod and the ZIMA GO. I never used the ZIMA Go. I thought my dentures would fit but the did not. I tried to return them but I was unable to follow the complicated return process. It set off my PTSD just trying to figure it out. It’s very difficult for me to talk in the phone or go out shopping. The dental pod did not have the UV light that I believe is extremely important. I did use this once but it did not perform for my needs. I still have them in the original boxes. Is there anything ZIMA can do to help me recover my investment? I am 71 and the digital world is challenging for me. Can you send a code that will let UPS do the packing and return if I just take back the 2 items? Dyson did this and I was able to take it in with a number and they did all the work. It did not set off my PTSD because it was quick and I left before the PTSD kicked in. It was a big chunk of money for a retired person on a limited income on social security. The sterilization tabs are phenomenal and no one else can match that. Is there anything we can do with ZIMA for this situation?
