Two broken pods, money back in the end
My first pod broke within days. I should have asked for my money back within their very strict 30-day refund period. Instead I accepted the offer of a replacement pod, which broke again after a few weeks. After initial refusal to give me a refund, they did in the end. This review was initially very negative. I still feel the product could be more reliable, but customer service has been good in the end.
