Refund issue
Gig was cancelled - obviously not their fault. Was instructed to request refund direct from them. Believe I had to mail them twice to begin process as website is poorly designed. Filled out forms as requested. Sent back. Follow up mail asking for timeframe was responded to with a vague generalisation. Website says 14 days. Think it's pushing a month at this stage. Still waiting. Sent another email, their response seemed snotty and vague. Avoid.
