Have ordered 4 teapots and various tea sets, cups, tools and pets from Umi. The higher end hand made tea pots are spectacular. One of the lidded tea cups with calligraphy is my favorite. While one tea pot broke in shipping, Umi immediately replaced it without fail. I definitely recommend their products and have always appreciated both their customer service and great communication throughout the buying and shipping process.
