I can't comment on the tea as I never received it. On enquiring as to when my order would arrive I was informed that the order number I had was for an old order which had already been delivered. When I sent proof of the order with that number and proof that my payment had been taken on the date I placed the order I never heard back from them. I called a few times and every time I was spoken to rudely and told they have no record of me or my order, yet managed to take my money. Therefore if I could give them a minus score I would. They are ignorant, bad mannered and cheating liars.
