I ordered new tablets two weeks ago. They have still not been shipped. Customer support said there is no ETA on them being shipped. I've asked for a refund. I've been ignored despite sending more emails over the course of a few days. No idea what's going on with the company but I strongly suggest you do not order from them right now. Update: Emily reached out to me to let me know there was a supply chain issue. The tablets were shipped the next day with expedited delivery and received as promised. She also refunded the cost of the tablets. Very happy with the resolution. Just needs some better comms from the junior customer service team so customers know why there is a delay. Thank you. Will continue to use!
