100% profit with no work done by Great Jones Co.
On Feb 26th, 2021 my wife and I worked about 21/2 hrs completing Rental Apps till approx. 10:30pm. As we thought about the 1500 sq ft home we decided it was too small and called the next morning at 8:50am to stop any processing of our apps. At 1:00pm I asked about refunding our two $50 fees ($100). Even though I had called early to prevent any work, they will not refund. I have turned the matter over to Bank of America. No Processing had been done and we feel that we should receive our fees totaling $100 back. I would not do business with Great Jones Co. again. Like most people and companies, once they have your money in hand they are keeping it even if no processing work was done. They really could care less about you, the customer.
