CHASE BANK IS BAD FOR SENIORS!
I would not even give them one star! After 30 years of banking they let someone file a fake power of attorney and add themself to her bank account! They told the bank she had Alzheimer’s! After several tries to remedy this condition my 85 year old mother was exhausted! We showed them she legally rescinded the fake POA! We recorded it at the Courthouse! They let an arrogant grandson disrespect her and his father and get away with his continued fraud and harassment! We had to get our local police involved and Chase never got her money back to her account! Ludicrous!
