I am made to feel like a burden every time I phone up. Customer service is very bad unless you're one of their favourites. I purchased a bike there which has been constantly breaking down and the waiting time to repair is over one month at times. I was told I was contacted about a part arriving but I didn't receive any call or voicemail. One of the mechanics said what a great bike I have and then a few weeks later said you will be lucky to get a few hundred quid for that if you sell it. I received an angry voicemail after leaving this review..I received criticism about repairing my bike for free but they didn't fix it the first time when I paid for it and was taken in for the same issue..Even after the second time it wasn't working asbit should. They reiterated that they left me a message and missed calls to say my part had arrived but I didn't receive either so I carried on paying a fortune in train tickets and cycling a lot and you wonder why I left a negative review?! I even received a voice message on my phone that was meant for someone else! These are symptoms of being too busy and understaffed. I took it elsewhere and it was way better. I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on.
