Both occasions item came without fittings shocking was going to order furniture but forget it advise anybody look at different company . Since writing this I've spoken to a lovely lady who has been very helpful and has restored my faith in the company so would like to add a couple more stars and would consider a purchase in future. Ps lady's name is terri and a credit to her company
