Poor Customer service
Well - your customer service isn’t great is it? If I was running your Company, I’d be firing a few staff as they seem happy for you to lose business. A good friend of mine recommended Donald Russell. He WhatsApped me a referral code and I put together an order for over £100 to see what the products were like. I entered the 25% discount code provided- and it wasn’t accepted- invalid code. I emailed Customer services, gave them the details of my referrer as requested and awaited another code. The next email sent at 1703 stated that they needed to speak to me by phone about the referral 🙄… of course by then they were closed. I sent another email expressing my displeasure with having to do this and the perceived inference that something was untoward. I received a reply with a very “suit yourself then” attitude. I really don’t understand what the problem is here. My friend has been using them for years. Don’t think I will be.
