Customer Service is a JOKE!
I really love the evening shows on Newsmax+, but their customer service sucks! For some reason my subscription was cancelled even though the payments are automatic through ROKU. So, I spend like 30 minutes on the phone with ROKU, and they actually helped, but the bottom line is that they showed I cancelled my subscription, which I did not, but that I had service until end of annual subscription on July 25th. I pointed out that my Newsmax+ was cut off at 12:01 am June 26th, because I was watching it when it happened. I was then advised to contact Newsmax Customer Service, which I had done a couple of weeks ago when I kept having to sign in every time I pulled up the Newsmax app. So, I did contact Newsmax and provided them with the chat I downloaded from Roku, the new email address I set up to subscribe to Newsmax+ again, since that is what I was told to do, and the receipt showing I had paid a year's subscription, and a button to access my account, which again, shows no active subscription. I contact NEWSMAX yet again, and provide screenshots of all of this, and they inform me there is no active account. I am so sorry that I ever bought their stock! It is doomed to fail if they don't get English-speaking people with half a brain on their customer service portal!
