A hiccup with my order but this company has excellent customer service
I ordered a lounge set for the garden. When the items were delivered they were damaged so I refused to accept them. However, when I rang and spoke to a staff member at Charlies, they were extremely helpful and apologetic. Unfortunately they could not send me a replacement, as the item was out of stock and they would not be getting any more. My money was refunded promptly and with no quibbling. Stuff happens but it is the way issues are handled that is important. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish and I would definitely buy from Charlies again in the future.
