We were recommended this company by Co-Op who are handling probate for our late mother’s estate. I would strongly urge anybody NOT to use this company. Their communication is appalling. They seem to be quite comfortable ignoring your constant pleas for updates and action. The whole process of dealing with the selling of our late mother’s home was dragged out way past the expected time frame by over 2 months. They were rushing around in the last hours for documentation that could comfortably have been dealt with in the previous weeks. Their lack of professionalism meant that our downstream purchase was delayed. My son was therefore left stranded with all his belongings in a van, with no time for his solicitors to progress completion on his move. DC Law left him technically homeless for the weekend. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Rude, inefficient, neglectful, uncaring, unprofessional. Our Estate agents have stated that they have never experienced anything quite like it, and they’ve seen bad before. Your colleagues too should should share the blame. Angry and disappointed by the whole experience.
