Bali disruption with a silver lining
We have insured many times with TID for our family holidays over the years. We have never had the need to claim until our recent trip to Bali where flights were delayed / cancelled due to volcanic ash. Nothing was too much trouble for TID. Their help line assisted us after hours with practical advice. Unfortunately we did have to make a claim (first claim ever with a travel insurer).
