Great Car, shocking service after purchase
Brought a kia sorento just over a year ago, great car loved it. great family car with loads of space. A little over a month ago noticed an issue with the clutch slipping intermittently. popped it into KIA in Nottingham and then the problems start. They have a look and tell me its a big job and will need to take the gear box out and it might not be covered under warranty, a year old from brand new? i questioned them and no one could give me an explanation of how this could be wear and tear in a short period of time and they couldn't. It was as if they were trying to cover themselves for some reason but at the end said "it most likely will be covered" Today dropped it off for the work, They said they would call me to remind me the day before and they didn't (not the end of the world) they organised courtesy car with 5 seats and i need the 7, the car was dirty because some one retuned it late and it had no fuel in red light 10 miles till empty? Ive tried to call and email head office and nothing, no response. awful service for what i thought was a really great car.
