Disgusting customer service
If they had Zero stars would give that. The customer service with Stan and his Supervisor at Boston Airport on 2nd August 2019 was the worst I have come across. I had booked a SUV through Rentalcars.com for pick up at Boston Airport and drop off at Buffalo Airport on 9th August for $578. When I get to the pick up Stan and his supervisor tell me that this price is not for American citizens and I have to pay $527 more as I am dropping at another location.?This was not informed to me when doing the booking and the Supervisor was very rude and I did not pick up the car and booked another one from Hertz at the adjoining counter. Now American cannot do my charge back as the merchant is saying I did a No Show where as I did pick up a car from Hertz right there. These guys are thieves as now I am stuck between Priceline, Rentalcars and National for my refund as the rude Supervisor did not give me any cancellation paper and walked away. Being 1.00 am I just left and now trying to get my $578 back Never will book with them
