Only positives for these guys
This family was fantastic during the whole process. They responded quickly to my worried emails of my parcel not arriving and were able to give me as much information as possible. Bearing in mind that May had 2 bank holidays (payment and shipping happened just in the middle) it was one week until hey received the cash, less than 24 hours since was received and shipped and 3 weeks after that, very reasonable timing and all of this is perfectly explained on their website. I find unfair the bad reviews they are getting as you can find all the information and also when I contacted their service they were answering in 24 hours (many other companies have a deadline of 48 hours) and they were kind and patient every time they answered, writing all the info once more. I still have to try the product but it looks promising. Thank you Truffle Magic
