3 weeks no refunds
Having not been able to find my receipt from posting the sample to receive my refund. (I posted the letter 2 weeks before asking for my refund, then was told I'd not be able to receive a refund until I provide them with proof it was delivered when I said it was. Royal mail has said it was the 1st, they are saying the 7th) I decided to wait 3 more days and see if the result arrived. Its been 3 weeks now in total, a week since they admitted that they had my sample. I paid for 48hr results, there's been nothing. Nothing but a scam. And I can provide the emails to anyone whose dubious about weather they should use them. You can even see in my last review they say I need to show them my postage receipt to get a refund desiptw already acknowledging that they have my sample. They literally take your money and provide you with nothing.
