Plastic Piece in the Loose Leaf Tea
For the most part I have always had good experiences with H&S and have been a customer for many years. But their customer service, if you can call it that, is non-existent. I recently sent H&S an email about a concern regarding a small green piece of plastic I found in my loose leaf tea along with a pic of the piece. Waited over 24 hours for a response and still have not heard from anyone. I wasn't expecting them to do backflips but a simple, "we are so sorry" and "we will check our quality control" would have made me happy but NOTHING and I trashed almost a whole pound of tea... H&S will be losing a longtime customer and I will be letting my friends, family, and others know about the quality and lack of customer service... **Update** H&S has initiated a partial refund but did not indicate in the email why and still no apology or assurance of quality checks.
