I have eaten at many Marcco Pierre Whites restuarants in the UK and always had an excellent experience. Our meal today was a big disappointment and advise you to avoid. Waitress staff excellent but let down by food. Offered feedback but no response from manager. Main issues were: 1) Ordered the Turkey with all the trimmings. Gravy cold; stuffing like rubber; Turkey meat tough, ridicously small amount of vegetables 2) Ripped chairs, wobbly table 3) Slow service between courses Complained immediately but feedback fell on deaf ears. Experience affected the enjoyment of our day in Birmingham. Advise you to go elsewhere because much better places in Birmingham for half the cost.
